Alta Vista has been designed with many spaces inside the Farm and outside it. It is the aim to attract retreats and events that will appreciate the spaces it offers for guests to share with each other.

Inside spaces: a huge well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals. Retreat leaders can hire or bring a chef, (we can recommend chefs we know), Or, the retreat group can informally share the cooking.

The large versatile Stables salon can switch from a cosy circle chatting around the fire, or a teaching room, the setting for a Sound Healing, cool indoor space for yoga practice.Outside is a wide covered patio area with dining table and comfy sofas overlooking the vegetables growing in the raised beds and the cork forest beyond. . Chill out space

Spaces to relax and spend time with yourself include:

• By the “beach” pond and listen to the frogs
• Logs to sit on and look out as far as the ocean
• Do “Salutation to the Sun”, actually facing the Sun, on Stone Circle
• Wander down one of the walkways, like River Walk
• Meditate under the trees by Middle Pond, observe the crystal clear world beneath the surface
• Climb to the Top Terrace, sit on the bench and take in the High View.
